By using SleeveUp ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What SleeveUp Provides

SleeveUp is a trading card game price research tool. We aggregate pricing data from third-party sources including TCGPlayer and eBay to help you make informed buy and sell decisions.

Not Financial Advice

All pricing data, ratings (such as STEAL, GOOD, OVERPAYING), and market information are provided for informational purposes only. SleeveUp does not guarantee the accuracy of any pricing data and is not responsible for financial decisions made based on the Service.

Accounts

You may sign in using Google or Microsoft. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Paid Features

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your billing period
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Scrape, bot, or automate requests to the Service beyond normal use
Resell or redistribute data obtained from SleeveUp
Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls

Intellectual Property

Trading card names, images, and associated data are the property of their respective owners (Bandai, Nintendo, Konami, Wizards of the Coast, etc.). SleeveUp does not claim ownership of any card data.

Limitation of Liability

SleeveUp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from trading decisions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
